Loveraf is a Bangladesh online marketplace operated by its Play-verified owner trading as Loveraf. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@loveraf.com.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, profile photo, Google or Facebook account identifier, delivery addresses and location supplied for delivery; order, payment, COD, refund, wallet, affiliate and seller payout records; messages, reviews, reports, seller listings and uploaded images; wishlist, browsing and app activity; device identifiers, push tokens, crash reports and diagnostics.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide marketplace and seller services, process orders and returns, prevent fraud, deliver customer support and notifications, calculate rewards and payouts, moderate user content, improve reliability and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
Information is shared only as needed with sellers and buyers involved in an order, delivery and payment partners, SMS providers, Firebase and Google services, Meta social login, hosting and security providers, professional advisers and lawful authorities. Loveraf does not sell personal information.
Security and storage
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Access is restricted by role and sensitive credentials are hashed or encrypted. No system is completely secure, but we monitor access and limit retained data.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion in Privacy & Security or at https://loveraf.com/account-deletion. A three-day cooling period applies. Active orders, returns, disputes or payouts must finish first. We delete or anonymize profile and activity data, while limited transaction, fraud and audit records may be retained when required by law.
Payment information
Payments are processed through supported payment or delivery partners. Loveraf does not intentionally store complete card numbers, PINs or payment passwords. We retain transaction references and settlement records needed for orders, refunds, fraud prevention and accounting.
Your choices
You can edit profile data, manage notification and offer preferences, report or block users, and request account deletion. Contact us to request access or correction.
Age and location
Loveraf is intended for people aged 18 or older in Bangladesh. We do not knowingly provide accounts to children.
